Fair Events

The IVA is included in the roomrates. The local tax has to be paid extra. The buffet-breakfast on request: 3€/pax We ask you to pay the total cost of your stay the day of arrival. “Non-refundable” rate: For 3 or more nights you can choose also the “non-refundable rate. (15% discount from the rack rate) In this case we charge your card with the total amont of your stay, wich is not refundable.

Conditions:

Your booking sent throught the website will be considered as request. Our offer has to be accepted in 48 hours. If we do not received any answer from you the booking will be canceled automatically. We accept booking with card guarantee. In lack of it we ask you to confirm the reservation once more the day prior arrival by phone or via mail. Minimum 3 nights stay is required for the New Year’s Eve, Formula 1 Gp and Sziget Festival. For these periods credit card guarantee or bank transfer of 50% needed.

Cancellation policy:

The reservation can be cancelled without any fee 2 days prior arrival, else 1 night. The reservations for the fair events can be cancelled without any fee 5 days prior arrival, else 2 nights.
